Throttle/handle for giving acceleration on my VGA explora is stuck {{forumTopicSubject}}

The throttle/ handle on my VGA Explora is stuck in place, I can't give acceleration so I can't drive.
The scooter turns on fine however, I just can't give any gas...

it's -3 degrees in Copenhagen right now so I am wondering if the cold could cause this, I tried to leave the scooter working for 10 minutes in hopes something will defrost and the throttle would work but that didn't happen.

I drove the scooter the night before and everything was fine, but now the throttle won't move.

What could be the cause of this and how do I fix it?
